Customer Support Associate (Inbound Calls for Banking Project)
Bangalore
8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Rotational within this window)
7 days a week (1 weekly day off as Compensatory Off)
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to handle inbound calls for Banking Project.
The role involves addressing customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a positive customer experience.
Attend inbound calls from Karnataka Gramin Bank customers professionally and efficiently.
Resolve banking-related queries, including account information, transactions, and general inquiries.
Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments and ensure follow-up.
Maintain accurate and detailed call records in the system.
Adhere to the company’s communication and quality standards.
Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns
Minimum qualification: Graduation preferred.
Good communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
Prior experience in customer support or call center (preferred but not mandatory).
Basic computer and typing skills.
