ORISYSINDIA CONSULTANCY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED ("Orisys", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to providing fair and transparent cancellation and refund practices. We believe in supporting our customers wherever reasonably possible, subject to the terms outlined below.
By placing an order or engaging our services, you agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
2Cancellation Policy
a) Order Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests will be considered only if raised immediately after placing the order.
Once an order has been:
- Communicated to vendors, partners, or merchants, or
- Processing, provisioning, or shipping has been initiated,
the cancellation request may not be entertained.
b) Non-Cancellable Items
Cancellation requests are not accepted for certain categories of items, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods such as flowers, food items, or consumables
However, exceptions may be considered for refund or replacement if the customer can clearly establish that the product delivered was of unsatisfactory or defective quality.
3Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must report the issue to our Customer Service Team within 30 days of receiving the product.
The complaint will be reviewed and verified after confirmation from the respective merchant or vendor.
Once validated, Orisys will facilitate an appropriate resolution, which may include:
- Replacement
- Refund
- Repair or service support
4Product Not as Described
If the product or service received is:
- Not as shown on the website, or
- Not meeting reasonable expectations based on the description provided
You must notify our Customer Service Team within 30 days of receipt.
After reviewing the complaint, Orisys will take a decision deemed fair and appropriate based on the facts of the case.
5Manufacturer Warranty Items
For products that come with a manufacturer's warranty:
- All warranty-related complaints must be directed to the respective manufacturer or authorized service provider.
- Orisys shall not be responsible for warranty claims unless explicitly stated otherwise.
6Refund Policy
Refunds will be initiated only after approval by Orisys.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 6–8 business days.
Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment used during the transaction, subject to:
- Bank processing times
- Payment gateway timelines
Orisys shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.
7Service-Based & Digital Deliverables
For digital services, subscriptions, consulting, or customized deliverables:
- Refunds are generally not applicable once work has commenced or access has been granted.
- Exceptions may be considered solely at Orisys's discretion based on the nature and stage of service delivery.
8Limitation of Liability
Orisys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:
- Order cancellation
- Refund delays
- Third-party vendor actions
All decisions made by Orisys regarding cancellations and refunds shall be final and binding.
