If you plan to use SSL you will need to install the ‘IO-Socket-SSL’ Perl module that implements an interface to SSL sockets.

The Call Center for the Kerala CM was inaugurated on September 1, 2011. The Public Grievance Redressal Cell’ would facilitate people to register their grievances and complaints directly to the Chief Minister’s Office either by telephone or through email.
Back Up system:
It uses a dual engine asterisk server , so that even if one fails the other will be operational. And in the worst case scenario that is if the two of them fails the calls will be routed to a land-line .
