Client : means a person who seeks the service of a Lawyer,Doctor,Engineer etc
Customer : means a person who buys something from shop
We have to listen certain thing to communicate with them
1. Start with a solid foundation.
We should get a solid understanding of our client,what is his needs.To get a solid foundation communicate with client and study the topic clearly.
2.Do more Listening than talking.
It is important to emphasize the need to listen the clients .Their information will help us to do the job best.
3.Have a method or a system.
If you are working with several clients at one time.It can be very challenging to remember exactly what was said by which client.so keep a record system.
4.Don’t be afraid to ask questions.
